Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at raabandco.com (the "Site") or any services provided by Raab & Co. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

Services

Raab & Co. provides boutique book publishing services, including but not limited to manuscript editing, book design, production management, and related consulting. We also operate internal task management and communication systems to coordinate project workflows with team members and collaborators.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Site or services. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

User Accounts and Information

When you provide information to us — including through contact forms, project onboarding, or service agreements — you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Raab & Co., you agree to the following:You consent to receive recurring automated SMS/text messages related to task management, project updates, and operational communications.Message frequency varies based on project and task activity.Message and data rates may apply. Payment terms for publishing services are governed by the specific service agreement or contract executed between you and Raab & Co. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your individual service agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raab & Co. and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services, including but not limited to:Loss of data or profitsService interruptions or delaysErrors or inaccuracies in contentUndelivered or delayed SMS/text messagesOur total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Raab & Co. in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Raab & Co. and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of our Site or services.

Disclaimer of Warranties
